Guidelines for PFR users

In  this page the PFR users can  find the  latest  operational  programs for the default data acquisition systems (electronic boxes equipped with Campbell Scientific loggers) as well  as instructions on  how to setup  the data acquisition  software.

A  tutorial  video will  guide the users to install their PFR on  a  solar tracker.

Daily/Weekly  Maintenance

Daily  – when the weather condition are favorable for direct Sun measurements

  1.  Clean  the PFR front window using ethanol (99%) and  smooth wipe paper that leaves  no  residuals.
  2. Check the alignment  on  the external  target and/or the NumDisplay  of LoggerNet

Weekly

  1. Check  the time synchronization  program  on the PC  and  the time  of the logger (update if necessary).
