Instruments or components can be assessed, tested or qualified under vacuum conditions in the vacuum laboratory. Components can also be baked-out in order to fulfill the high cleanliness standardsrequirements of space experiments.
Three vacuum chambers of different dimensions are available. Various heating and cooling systems can be connected in order to simulate qualification and test temperatures.
